That's right, there's only a couple of weeks to go now until Samhain, All Hallow's Eve, Hallowe'en -- whatever you want to call it, Western tradition dictates that this is the spookiest days of the year.
When you look at the roots of Hallowe'en, it's no surprise to find that flowers, which usually have a lot to say in folk celebrations, fit in just dandy. Check out this great CF blog post from a couple of years back all about the scary flowers out there in the world, perfectly embodying the spirit of Hallowe'en!
But if you fancy making someone HAPPY rather than just scaring them to death this Hallowe'en, you could do a lot worse than check out the Autumn Flowers range on our website. In particular there are some great orange bouquets which really match the traditional Hallowe'en colour scheme.
Out of all of them, the Tiger Lily bouquet may be the most Hallowe'eny of all. Not only is it a wonderful shade of orange of which a pumpkin might be justly proud, but there's a spikiness to those lilies which will just look perfect left on a windowsill to give trick-or-treaters a chill down their spine before they even get to the door!
