Festive Fact: In Chinese folklore, the chrysanthemum is one of the 'Four Gentlemen', plants which are very important in Chinese Art. Each of the gentlemen represents a season -- so the plum blossom is winter, the orchid is spring, the bamboo is summer, and the beautiful chrysanthemum is autumn.
